[one-users] ACL feature

Hi Jeroen,

This is definitely in our radar. There are few changes going in
OpenNebula underneath, we are working in a new community site,
software repository... but the next thing we will do (hopefully next
week) is to plan roadmap for OpenNebula 1.6. Informally there are a
couple of things we'd like to work on:

* A generic authorization framework. This would allow us to implement
drivers to interface different auth/policy systems, so we can define
ACLs or quotas for the users...

* A repository system. So you can register VM images, use simple DISK
definitions and define access rights for the images (this was pointed
out by Michael W. Lucas a couple of month ago in the mailing list)

But more on this next week...
