What I have found out is that the contextualization docs are in slight
error, at least as far as VM ID goes. It is not VM_ID, but VMID. So:
GRAPHICS = [
type = "vnc",
listen = "0.0.0.0",
port = "590$VMID"
]
And note that this is not XML format. It may not work in XML at all. The
"normal" template is in the Python syntax.
