Well there is some tools, like ovirt and Convirture.
 You also have http://virt-manager.et.redhat.com/ and  http://www.openxenmanager.com/ 
 
I know also about eucalyptus, but has far as i know non of then support on
 
I thinkg on adding support to ovirt orConvirture.
