[one-users] hot add or hot plug with OpenNebula?

Hi Stefan,

This feature depends mostly on the hypervisor (xen and kvm doesn't
allow this). It will be possible to implement it for the vmware
driver, i'll put that alongside the improvements plan for the vmware
support.
