[one-users] vmware driver installation

i am able to get rid of all driver load issue.. now i am seeing below error

Mon Apr 12 18:16:16 2010 [InM][E]: Error monitoring host 5 : MONITOR FAILURE
5 Failed monitoring host

oneadmin is in /etc/sudoers file, any thing i am missing here...

i am trying to add ESXI(free) host without a success.
