[one-users] specify range instead of size in vnet

Hello,

Right now there is no way to specify ranges that way. I can only come
up with a script that generates the network configuration file with
the values you need. We have already been talking about modifying the
way of describing networks to address these and other problems but I
can not when or how this will be done. I think a discussion about the
ways on how a network can be described could be helpful.
