[one-users] scons error: Error searching for xmlrpc-c libraries

Hello,

Could you install the package "pkgconfig" and try again?. Anyway
sqlite version provided in centos repositories is a bit outdated. We
are creating a set of already build rpms so it is easier to install. A
notice will appear in the web page and also this mailing list so you
can try them out.
