[one-users] Need of virtualization extension chip

Hello,

OpenNebula itself does not need virtualization extensions to run. It
supports kvm and xen hypervisors. Kvm needs those extensions to run
VMs but xen paravirtualization does not make use of that extensions so
you can use xen hypervisor in processors without virtualization
extensions.
