[one-users] Reg CPU - of VM creation

 hi all,
            I am a beginner to opennebula. My query is , VM creation
template has a field "CPU", by specifying the percentage (ranging from 0.1
to 1),
whether
it is possible to restrict/allocate to VM of XEN type?.
