[one-users] suspend vs stop

Hi there,

I understand that "onevm suspend" saves the VM and its memory into
files and frees the CPU and memory, which can be later resumed by
"onevm resume".
However, I also noticed there is "onevm stop". I tried it, the status
turns first to save and then to stopped. The CPU and memory seems to
be released as well. However, I could not find out how to reactivate
the VM. I tried "onevm resume" on it but the status only changed to
"pending".

My questions:
1. How to reactivate a stopped VM?
2. What is the difference between a suspend and stop?

Thank you very much.
BTW, I am using open nebula 1.3.8 and KVM hypervisor.
