[one-users] Creating new VM fails

That was the problem. Thanks. I was requesting too much RAM. The point is
that each node has around 1.5 GB of free RAM. However, opennebula detects
about 100MB free on one noe, and 2 MB on the other.

Why is this?

Another thing is that although one shows that the VM is running, xen reveals
that is really blocked.
