Hi,

Can you verify that the HYPERVISOR information is loaded into the
hosts records?. You can check this by doing onehost show. You should
see the HYPERVISOR variable.

Also, may be you should drop the [ ] from the requirements expression, just

REQUIREMENTS = ' HYPERVISOR = "Xen"'

(Note the quotes)

Do you get any error in the sched.log file?
