[one-users] non-dedicated cluster

Hi,

In the context of a non-dedicated opennebula cluster with xen how could I
give a more high priority over hardware resources to a fully virtualized xen
virtual machine running windows when a user needs to run an application
requiring all memory and CPU of the machine.

Other paravirtualized virtual machines will run in the same machine with the
rest of the resources that windows user does not use. How can I dinamically
reallocate resources such as memory and CPU both for fully virtualized and
paravirtualized guests.
