[one-users] Cannot build the source - ONE 1.0

Hello,

Seems that you do not have installed xmlrpc-c package for development  
as it can not even find xmlrpc-c-config that comes with it. It can  
also be that you have downloaded and compiled the package by hand and  
you have it installed in a non standard path. Could you tell me what  
was the method of installation of libxmlrpc-c? If it was using  
prebuilt packages, what packages have you installed?
