[one-users] Minor API documentation inconsistency

Hello,

I've noticed that some methods of ONE's XML API claim to return an
empty string in some cases, whereas others claim to return null when
no message is to be returned.
For instance:
 one.vmdeploy: if an error occurs this is error message, otherwise it is null.
 one.vmaction: if an error occurs this is error message, otherwise is empty.

I guess this is just a documentation inconsistency, since all methods
seem to return null when no message would be returned.
