[Interoperability] OpenNebula Interop program - Cloud Best Practices

Hey folks

I'd like to join in this Interop forum. I've listed some input points
below I would like to contribute:

The main areas of collaboration would be:

- Cloud Best Practices : I run the 'Cloud Best Practices Network' where I
would like to document the program - http://CloudBestPractices.info

- VRStorm : I also work as CMO for VRStorm in Canada. They provide IaaS
 based on OpenNebula, and would like to be an early adopter of the
 resulting capabilities - http://VRstorm.ca

 - Government of Canada : A key user/customer we are working with is the
 Canadian Federal Government. They want to achieve interoperation and
 portability across multiple Cloud providers.
