[one-ecosystem] VirtualBox drivers for OpenNebula 3.8

Hi all,

FYI the VirtualBox drivers for OpenNebula* have been updated so they work
with latest stable release**. These drivers are part of the OpenNebula  
Ecosystem*** and released under an Apache 2 license.

You are welcome to grab them and try them out:
