[one-users] networking with wrong subnet

Hi , strange issue , i have in my network fix ip , the vm is getting the 
right IP but different SUBNET and GW . how to provide lets say . SUbnet 
, GW and Nameserver value ?  is it in VM template or in network template 
? any example please ?
