if your datastore is nfs-based then it seems like you faced with issue<br>
mentioned in that bug report [1].<br>
Is there any particular reason which makes you not to use latest stable<br>
openvz kernel (currently it is 83.2)? Make also sure that the latest<br>
stable ploop and vzctl versions are installed.<br>
