Yes, it's me again. As per a subject field, I have a weird problem when<br />
LVM volume doesn't get deleted after VM is being nuked. It seems that<br />
`sudo lvremove` is failing as LVM volume is still open/active. Or maybe<br />
I'm barking on the wrong tree...<br />

I've got two KVM hosts and both seems affected. Effectively machine gets<br />
deleted OK but it leaves LVM volume behind so I have to login and<br />
lvremove it manually to free up some space. Not a show-stopper but a bit<br />
of inconvenience really.<br />
