<div>Hi,</div><div> </div><div>As a regular usar since version 2.0, I miss some requirement that Opennebula is unable to provide. </div><div> </div><div>For instance, I needed a scheduler that accepts time/date specification, and I adapted Haizea [1] to 3.8.1 with the help of this blog [2], but I think Opennebula should have a more advanced base scheduler. However, the template editing on request 1585 [3] should simplify my editing on time constraints.</div>
<div> </div><div>Secondly, some of the functionalities that libvirt has and virt-manager uses, like increasing/decreasing RAM (after a shutdown) or CPU. Also there is one operation that I often use, "Force off" when a VM freezes/blocks and ACPI doesn't work.</div>
<div> </div><div>Just a thought, keep up the good work!<br clear="all"></div><div> </div><div>[1] - <a href="http://haizea.cs.uchicago.edu/">http://haizea.cs.uchicago.edu/</a></div><div>[2] - <a href="http://mhsamsal.wordpress.com/">http://mhsamsal.wordpress.com/</a></div>
