yes, all opennebula dirs are owned by oneadmin. But your issues
rather looks like "system" rights issue.<br>

Did you try to add oneadmin to sudoers (at least regarding
libvirt etc..). There is a paragraph on required rights I
think in Opennebula documentation.<br>
