Have you tried following "VNC troubleshooting" steps mentioned here: <a href="http://opennebula.org/documentation:rel3.4:sunstone#novnc_installation">http://opennebula.org/documentation:rel3.4:sunstone#novnc_installation</a>? they are very helpful to diagnose your problem. ( for instance, do you have python2***numpy installed?, are you using right paths..) <div>

I am sending this again, hoping that someone will respond.<br>

I have installed opennebula 3.14 and am trying to view the VNC console.<br>

I get the initial pop-up, but then the connection fails, and I see the message "Server Disconnected". Another messages flashes by just before this, but it is too fast for me to identify.<br>
<br>
I do not have a firewall between my desktop and the OpenNebula server, and I do not see any errors in the sunstone logs.<br>
<br>
I have also tried connecting from my desktop with vncviewer, and that works fine.<br>
