you would need to install doing:<br>
dpkg -i Ubuntu-10.04-opennebula_3.4.0-1_amd64.deb<br>
apt-get -f install<br>
dpkg -i Ubuntu-10.04-opennebula_3.4.0-1_amd64.deb<br>

first command will mark all necessary dependencies<br>
second, install dependencies<br>
and third, will actually install the package
Ubuntu-10.04-opennebula_3.4.0-1_amd64.deb<br>
