Hi,<br><br>I would be useful to know what's going on inside the VM after it receives the ACPI signal. Maybe it is not properly configured to shutdown. If it is a desktop Ubuntu, it may be showing a dialog asking whether to shutdown or not...<br>

line instead (it works for me with 2.2):<br>
