if a regular user want to register on opennebula by sunstone, there is no interface of XML-RPC to use.<br><br>I think a regular user can register on opennebula. when he registered on opennebula,the method isEnabled()  is false.<br>
Then oneadmin can enabled the user. Of course ,there is no enable user method currently.<br>
