Silly mistake, the template syntax was wrong. It's not DISK "image", but "source". The correct template would be:<br><br><div style="margin-left: 40px;">NAME = vm-test<br>DISK = [<b>source</b>="/etc/one/images/disk.img",dev="sda1",mode=w]<br>
KERNEL = /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.19-4-server<br>
