[one-users] Dynamic attach CD to VM

Hello,

I'm trying to attach a CD to a running VM without success.

I saw that IDE hotplug does not work.

I found that we can predefine a <disk/> without source[1] but it does
not seems to work on 4.8.

How are you doing to attach CD on running VM?
