[one-users] Cannot create a VM snapshot

opennebula-node package is installed:

# rpm -qa | grep opennebula-node
opennebula-node-kvm-4.8.0-1.x86_64

The command onehost sync returns this:

# onehost sync
No hosts are going to be updated.
