[one-users] Cannot create a VM snapshot

Hi Pavel,
this check has failed:
if [ -x "/var/tmp/one/vmm/kvm/snapshot_create" ];
You should check that the 'snapshot_create' script is available on the
host in the specified path and that it is executable by oneadmin user.
