[one-users] import virtual router 4.8 failed

I try to import virtual router 4.8 from marketplace, but it didn't work.
It seems the server try to scp the directory to the hypervisor, but it 
is a image file.
I check the the image info(id:53d108268fb81d0b1e000001 ), the images 
property shows undefined.
Is there any one import VR 4.8 image successfully?
