[one-users] unknown ethernet controller on windows imported image

It gets imported but then it has an Invalid gray status. On the Events
it says: Configuration file for one-44 on esxricca cannot be found.
I don't know, it's like the VM can't access the datastore, yet I browse
it correctly from inside the vSphere Client it shows as green... and
this only happens if I specify any NIC in the template.
