Thanks - I've giver it a quick once-over, but I don't see anything
that's pointing to the problem or possible solution.
Keep in mind that this is on a 'virgin' host (i.e. full format & clean
install), following official documentation.

I've also scratched another host & loaded the Ubuntu 14.04 LTS minimal,
and encountering issues (i.e. the documentation does nit seem to match
results).

# apt-get install opennebula-node
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  opennebula-node : Depends: opennebula-common (= 4.6.2-1) but 4.8.0-1
is to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

# uptime
21:00:00 up 35 min, 2 users, load average: 0.00, 0.05, 0.11

I'll keep digging.
(seems in this case parts are trying to install 4.6 rather than current 4.8)

I'd like to know from any others that have set up ON on fresh hosts.
