Hello,
The user is the owner of a slave zone and want to create the virtual machine, accessing the Sunstone with this user but in another slave zone to which the user doesn’t belong.
Is it possible from cloud view?

The user accounts are shared across all the zones, see [1] for more details. So yes, you can change the ownership of a VM to any user of the federation, even if that user does not have access to that zone.
