Do you have a log where it says it can not read that file? CDROMs are
read only and will probably have that flag in the deployment file so
it should work with read only permissions. If this is not the case
then there is a bug indeed. You can check the disk flags in
/var/lib/one/vms/<vmid>/deployment.0
