[one-users] OpenNebula 4.6 Beta released!

Dear community,

We are proud to announce the availability of OpenNebula 4.6 Beta (Carina).
This release brings many new features and stabilizes features that were
introduced in previous versions.

OpenNebula 4.6 has reached the feature freeze stage of development. Bugs
reported by the community or detected by the testing framework will be
fixed before the final release.

Note that this is a beta release aimed at testers and developers, who are
encouraged to share their feedback.
