[one-users] ONE repos for RHEL7

Thank you Juergen.

I still don't have a RHEL/CentOS 7 installation to try them but i'll
do as soon as I have one. We plan to support RHEL/CentOS 7 in 4.8 but
for the current release and testing this comes very handy.
