[one-users] Error message while doing apt-get update

I am getting this error while trying apt-get update

 N: Ignoring file 'opennebula.lis' in directory '/etc/apt/sources.list.d/' as it has an invalid filename extension

what is the reason for this ?
Will this affect the installation?

iam using ubuntu 12.04 LTS on side of windows
