[one-users] the vnc display icon is in grey and vm shuts off after displaying "waiting for dirver initialization"

Hi

i have installed opennebula 4.2 using xen 3

i have also created a vm and it is runnning........

But the vnc icon seems to be in grey color

when i click on it i get a window initializing modules and when it reaches
"waiting for  driver initialization" the connection to vnc server is lost


pls anyone help me on this........
