Jep. In ONE you cane put leases on HOLD. Just go to "leases" of the specific
VNET, add an IP and click "Hold IP". On the cli you would do something like
this:
onevnet hold <vnetid/vnetname> <ip>.
In ONE 4.8 onwards you can also make a reservation:
onevnet reserve <vnetid/vnetname>.
