[one-users] Could not read from CDROM (code 0004)

Hello!

I set up a cluster of 3 nodes Opennebula and Ceph.
Operating system Ubuntu 14.04.

libvirt version:

Try to install Debian using debian iso.

VM template:

But when the virtual machine starts, I get the following message:
"Booting from DVD/CD...
Boot failed: Could not read from CDROM (code 0004)
No bootable device."

I tried looking for this problem on the internet and I have not found 
the cause of this error.

Tell me, please, what can I do to resolve this situation?
