[one-users] Upgrading from 3.8 to 4.6

Hi Carlos,
I got the *authentication *and *onehost sync* thing resolved.
However ran into something new. The VMs are showing "UNKNOWN". Only 2 of
them changed to "RUNNING" when I used openvm boot.
Let me know if you need something that can throw some light on this.
