Hi,

I'm trying to implement Win7 context using provided documentation.

Is this specific to 4.6 or should it work on 4.2 as well?

The PowerShell script expects to find ETHx_MAC address in context.sh file, but ONE doesn't provide the info (4.2).

?

Subject: [one-users] new Windows Contextualization addon

Dear all,

we have added a new official addon to our collection. It includes a set of scripts and a guide to enable Windows VMs contextualizations.

This is what the driver can do:

- Add a new user (using USERNAME and PASSWORD).
- Rename the server (using SET_HOSTNAME).
- Enable Remote Desktop.
- Enable Ping.
- Configure the Network, using the automatically generated networking variables in the CONTEXT CD-ROM.
- Run arbritary PowerShell scripts available in the CONTEXT CD-ROM and referenced by the INIT_SCRIPTS variable.

You can read more about this here:

- http://opennebula.org/windows-contextualization/ (blog post)
- http://docs.opennebula.org/4.6/user/virtual_machine_setup/windows_context.html (docs)

Big thanks to Andr? Monteiro and Tiago Batista for developing the original scripts this addon is based upon (original guide: http://wiki.ieeta.pt/wiki/index.php/OpenNebula)

Cheers,
Jaime
