[one-users] Cloud init with Open Nebula

Rejoice! OpenNebula provider for cloud-init was merged. Hopefully the
new releases with come with OpenNebula support:

Thanks to Vlastimil Holer for the effort.

Zeeshan, I would try the metadata server Ricardo is pointing out. It
makes the environment like EC2 and as he says you could use cloud-init
right now.
