[one-users] how can I attach nic to stopped vm (unpersistent)

Is there any way, I can attach new nic to stopped vm?
first i cant use Hot-pluging nic because openvswitch  libvirt dont support
it.
second  my vm is unpersistent  so  i cant remove it then create from
template .

why when vm is undeployed or stopped , i cant attach nic and disable this
feature ?

manually in hypervisor, i can use this command "virsh edit vm" and add new
nic, then after stopping and running again vm, new nic attach to vm
