I haven't fully automated it on boot yet as I an just testing, but working will for me right now

Windows contextualisation is perfectly described at http://wiki.ieeta.pt/wiki/index.php/OpenNebula#Using_Windows_Images
You have to create some script files, upload them to the Files and Kernels section in sunstone and add them to the Windows template.

The link to the mailing list only covers wrong handling of single and double quotes inside the context.sh.
