Currently, security groups are not supported in OpenNebula. You can define
"white_ports" and "black_ports" per vm [1], but you cannot define a set and
reuse them. There is a feature request in our dev page, with a patch to
implement this on one-3.2 but we couldn't include it [2]. We can consider
it for upcoming releases.
