Please upgrade to OpenNebula 4.2 whenever possible.

Looks that the datacenter "123" is not getting picked properly. Could
you give us the output of

virsh -c vpx://10.24.101.71/123/qianyi/?no_verify=1migrate one-187
vpx://10.24.101.71/123/vmware/?no_verify=1
