[one-users] Cannot delete cluster. Cluster 100 is not empty, it contains 1 datastores.

The cluster contains 1 datastore, you just need to remove that DS from the
cluster selecting the cluster 'none' in Sunstone, or using the command
 'onecluster deldatastore'.
