Hello hansz,
Indeed, the vmcontext script modifies the IP Address of the node is
installed on.
It uses the interface MAC address to compose the IP Address.
You don't need, neither want the one-context package on the frontend or
compute
nodes. You need it on VMs you want contextualized.
